What we are, and what we are not

We are an independent booking guide. We are not Phillip Island Nature Parks, we are not the Penguin Parade’s ticket office, and we are not any of the tour operators listed here. Nothing you buy is bought from us.

How we are paid

The booking links on this site go to Viator and GetYourGuide, and both carry a tracking code that identifies us. Phillip Island Penguin Parade Tours may earn a commission when you book through a link on this site, at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the price the operator sets, whether you arrive through this site or not.

What operators cannot buy

No operator pays for a place on this site, for the order of the cards, for a badge or for a word of the copy. Tours are listed because they exist and are bookable, and they are ordered by what they are and how many people have reviewed them.

Where the numbers come from

Prices, ratings, review counts, durations and inclusions are each operator’s own figures, read from that tour’s live listing on 12 September 2026. They drift, and a figure here can lag the one at checkout. Admission prices in Australian dollars come from Phillip Island Nature Parks and belong to them.

What we do not accept

We do not publish sponsored posts, paid reviews or invented testimonials. Every traveller quotation on this site is a paraphrase of a real review left on a tour’s own booking page, and the critical ones stay in.
