We are a booking guide for the Phillip Island Penguin Parade. We do not run the tours, sell the reserve’s tickets or take bookings, so the fastest answer depends on what you need.

If you have already booked

Your booking is with the operator, not with us. Their confirmation email carries the pickup time, the meeting point and the contact number for the day, and that is the number to call if a coach has not arrived. The reserve handles its own tickets.

If you have a question about a tour on this site

Write to hello@phillipislandpenguintours.com. We answer questions about what a fare covers, which viewing area a tour buys and how the timings work in a given month. We cannot change a booking or check availability for you.

Tell us, and we will fix it. Prices, opening times and viewing-area rules change, and a page that is out of date is worth more to us as a correction than as a complaint. Include the page and what you saw instead.

Hours

Visitor Centre from 12pm daily. The parade itself begins at sunset, which moves from about 5:15pm in June to 8:45pm in January.
